02 / How it works
Scan the code on the frame, unlock the vehicle with a verified account, and ride. Renters must be 18 or older with a valid ID or driver's license.
Open the map in the app and pick a unit near you. The live counter shows how many e-bikes and scooters are standing free in each Kyiv district.
Confirm age and ID once in your profile, then release the lock. A helmet comes with every rental, and wearing one is required by Ukrainian law.
Stay in bike lanes and roads, keep off sidewalks and restricted zones, and end the trip inside a service area. Billing runs per minute against a daily cap.

Ukrainian traffic law treats an e-bike and a scooter as vehicles. Here is what is allowed, what needs care, and what ends a rental on the spot.
Renters must be 18 or older with a valid passport, ID card or driver's licence. Verify the document once in the app and it stays valid for the rest of your trip.
Helmet use is required by law and every rental includes one at no extra cost. Our mechanic checks front light, rear reflector and bell each morning. Switch the light on after sunset.
Bike lanes, cycle tracks and streets signed up to 50 km/h. The Dnipro riverside paths are fine. Sidewalks, parks and the pedestrian zone around Kontraktova Square are off limits.
You count as a vehicle: follow traffic signals, give way at crossings, keep both hands on the handlebars. Never ride against the flow on a one-way street.
Park only at marked racks or inside the blue zone on the map, then lock the vehicle from the app. Improper parking adds a 150 UAH fee, listed in our rate table.
No second passenger, no riding under the influence, no headphones in both ears, no scooters inside metro stations or shopping centres. Any of these ends the rental and triggers a fine.

05 / Trust signals
Three rules apply to every unlock in Kyiv. They are checked once, then you ride.
Bring a passport, national ID, or driver's licence. We verify it at unlock, so an account cannot be handed to a minor.
Ukrainian traffic rules require a helmet on e-bikes and scooters. One correctly sized helmet comes with every rental at no extra cost.
Each ride carries third-party liability cover up to 50,000 UAH. Report a collision in the app within 24 hours and a local manager handles the claim.
