01 / Rental basics
Renting a scooter or e-bike takes about two minutes: confirm your age, scan the code on the handlebar, and ride. Every renter must be at least 18 years old and show a valid passport or driver's license before the first unlock.
A helmet comes with every rental and is required by law. Rates start at ₴12 per minute, and the daily cap stops the meter on its own.
02 / Ride steps
Every rental follows the same short route. You are usually rolling within two minutes of opening the app, and the running fare stays visible on screen for the whole trip.

Open the map and take the closest free vehicle to you. Vehicles are grouped by district, so you can see at a glance what is parked within a five minute walk.

Point the in-app scanner at the code on the handlebar stem. The lock releases, the helmet box opens, and the meter starts the second of unlock. A daily cap applies on its own.

Stay in the traffic lane. Sidewalks, park lawns and the areas shaded red on the map are closed to e-bikes and scooters. End the trip inside a marked parking bay and photograph the parked vehicle to close it out.
Read the rental requirementsUnlocking a vehicle confirms you are 18 or older and hold a valid ID or driver's license. A helmet comes with every rental, and wearing it on the road is required by Ukrainian traffic law.
03 / Requirements
Renting takes about a minute. These are the only things our team and the city ask of you.
Age is verified once, when you create your account. One account per rider, and the account holder is responsible for the ride.
Bring a passport, national ID, or driving license in your own name. E-bikes capped at 25 km/h need no license in Ukraine. Faster scooters do.
Every rental includes a helmet at no extra cost, in sizes S to XL, stored in the top case. Put it on before the first metre.
Move with the flow of traffic and obey signals. Sidewalks, parks, and pedestrian zones are off limits for motorised rides.

Deposits, damage, battery range, support hours and app languages. Still unsure? Call +380 507 510 1217 or read the rental requirements first.
A hold of UAH 1,000 is placed on your card at unlock and released within three business days after the ride closes. You pay per minute from UAH 12 with a daily cap, so a full day never runs past the capped rate. Rates and passes are listed on the pricing page.
Normal wear is on us. Report scratches, a bent basket or a flat tyre in the app within 24 hours with two photos and the fee is waived. Loss or theft of a vehicle is handled under the rental agreement, and helmets come with every rental at no extra cost.
E-bikes average 60 to 80 km and scooters 40 to 55 km on flat city routes. The app shows the live battery level of every nearby vehicle before you reserve, and you can park a low unit and unlock a charged one around the corner without ending the ride.
In-app chat runs around the clock, every day of the year. The phone line is staffed from 08:00 to 22:00 Kyiv time on +380 507 510 1217, and we answer in English. For urgent breakdowns, send your PIN code from the app and a technician reaches most central districts within 30 minutes.
The app ships in English, Ukrainian, Polish and German, with the same four languages in chat. Sign-up takes a passport or driver's licence scan and a selfie check, and renters must be 18 or older to unlock any vehicle.
Ride in bike lanes and on the roadway, never on sidewalks or in pedestrian zones. Helmets are required by law and included, lights must stay on after dark, and one rider per vehicle. Park only inside the marked zones shown on the map, otherwise the closing fee applies.
