1. Provider

2. Eligibility and safety
Renters must be 18+, show a valid ID and ride safely, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A driving licence is required only where the vehicle class requires one. Follow traffic rules, wear a helmet where recommended, use permitted routes and designated zones, and report accidents immediately.
3. Prices and deposit
Prices, rental periods and the refundable deposit are shown before payment; the total is confirmed before you order. The deposit covers damage, loss and unpaid charges and is returned after check-in.
4. Insurance, liability and refunds
Basic third-party cover applies as described at booking. The renter is liable for damage from misuse, loss of the vehicle and traffic fines. Cancel in the app or by email; refunds follow the conditions shown at booking and consumer protection law.
5. Complaints and consumer rights
Send complaints to contact@zylevion.com or +380 507 510 1217; we reply within 30 days. Consumer rights and out-of-court dispute resolution follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991. Rental offers are truthful, marked as advertising where required and do not mislead about price or safety (Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996).
