We collect your name, contact details, rental and payment data, technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) and your messages. We use them to perform rental agreements, take payment, provide support, handle claims and prevent fraud, based on consent, contract and legitimate interests.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure. Analytics and marketing cookies require your prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Legal basis: Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010 and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020.

4. Sharing, Retention and Security

Data is shared only with processors acting on our instructions (hosting, payment, delivery, IT) under confidentiality terms, or with authorities where the law requires, and kept no longer than necessary. We apply technical and organisational safeguards.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at contact@zylevion.com. We reply within 30 calendar days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

6. Complaints and Out-of-Court Resolution

Renters may send claims to the contacts above; we register and answer them. Where applicable, disputes may be settled out of court by consumer protection bodies, under Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

7. Advertising and Changes

Our rental advertising is truthful and identifiable under Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996. We may update this Policy; the current version is published here.
